Eat it Up Food Challenge

Can you cook a dish from food that is minimally or not packaged?  What can you make out of food already in your cupboard or freezer?  Give it a try and bring it (and your appetite) to the library on the first day of spring.  If you’ve read “Garbology” by Edward Humes you might feel inspired to try to waste less food.

This program is part of Deerfield Reads, the community reading event presented by Tilton Library and is free and open to all.
