Ice Cream and Creativity

We’ll supply the ice cream, inspirational and artist materials and venue (the Children’s Room or the library back yard depending on the weather), you bring your ideas and/or a photo of a person or scenery for inspiration. This free, all ages program is sponsored by the Friends of Tilton.
