Learn to slow down, relax, and experience mindfulness in this free four-week workshop. We’ll explore the principles of mindfulness and teach meditation strategies including breath work, mindful movement, and mindful writing.Led by community members and mindfulness practitioners Jennie Donohue, Erika Higgins Ross, and Sara Coblyn.
