This group is appropriate for anyone, whether you’ve been practicing mindfulness for years or are curious about giving it a shot, whether you consider yourself a writer or are simply ready to explore what’s inside and how to get it out. All you need is a notebook, pen, curiosity and willingness. There will be opportunities to share in a structured, safe environment.
