Art Auction Closing Celebration

This is our last chance to bid on original art by local artists.  All proceeds benefit Tilton Library.  Open to all.

A Tasting of Wine and Micro Beers

to benefit Tilton Library at Chandler's Restaurant, routes 5 and 10, Deerfield, Massachusetts. $25 per person at the door or $20 in advance at Deerfield Spirit Shoppe and Tilton Library. Plant Sale/Tag Sale

Bring your divided perennials to the back of the library on May 19 for the plant sale on the 20th. Rent a space on the library lawn to sell you unwanted treasures or come shop for great bargains. Plant sale usually is sold out by 11 a.m. or so, tag sale will end at 2. Rain or Shine. Bake Sale while supplies last.

Quilt Raffle Ticket Sale – Old Deerfield Fall Festival

100 stars for 100 years - Raffle tickets for a chance for this queen-sized, 100 percent cotton, designed with a color palette and pattern popular in the early 1900s will be sold at booth D26 at the Old Deerfield Craft Fair. Tickets are $1 for one, $5 for six and $10 for 18. Last summer, local residents Janet Uden, Janet Ward, Irene Price, Judy Rose, Grace Nowakoski and Nancy Maynard sewed together the 100 stars and accompanying "flying geese" onto fabric blocks to produce this commemorative quilt. A new display rack is also part of the prize.

RUN TO THE LIBRARY!

RUN (OR WALK) FROM ONE END OF THE LIBRARY TO THE OTHER! Course is designed to be completed in a circle and is about a mile long. Register by November 10th by calling 665-4683 or in person at the library. Participants are asked to get sponsors or make a donation on their own. Open to all ages and ability levels.

Arts Auction Benefit

sponsored by the Friends of Tilton Library featuring donations by local visual and performing artists. Bidding starts Saturday, October 13 and runs through to the closing reception on Friday November 16. All proceeds benefit Tilton Library.
