We're excited to co-host a zine-making workshop at Just Roots, with Trouble Mandeson, author of "These Women: An Illustrated Collection of Kickass Women." Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health.
