TILTON IS CO-HOSTING THIS FREE WEEKLY CLASS, SPONSORED BY SUNDERLAND LIBRARY. Dvora Eisenstein leads this free weekly Qigong class on Zoom. Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health. Flower Pounding Workshop
SIGN UP: LIMITED TO 12 PEOPLE 413-665-4683 Join us for this hands-on workshop and learn an ancient method of preserving flowers & leaves that takes little time and minimal tools. Create a design on fabric and personalized stationery with flowers & foliage. Be prepared to pound! Bring a hammer with a flat head, a terry cloth work towel, and a few blooms from your garden. The instructor will provide treated fabric, stationary, masking tape, wax paper, as well as a variety of flowers and foliage.
