Friends of Tilton meeting postponed to Monday, February 9th.
Amid racial tensions and the deadly force controversy sweeping the city of Dallas, homicide detectives Angel Johnson and Sarah Kingsly are unlikely and unwilling partners. They both see the pairing as better PR than policy. The Dallas Review Board wants Sarah's badge and Angel is under pressure from her family. In this police procedural mystery, the women follow the trail of a killer until it comes too close to home, and they have to decide if they can handle being partners.
Friends of Tilton meeting, which was rescheduled to tonight, will be rescheduled yet again. Please check this space later today for rescheduling information. Friends may also pick up their ticket packets for the wine tasting during regular library hours.
Join us on the third Thursday of every month in the magazine area of the library. Open to all. This month's title, "Brothers" is by local author George Howe Colt who will visit Tilton on February 23rd. Books are available online or at the adult circulation desk. Free and open to the public.
