Mystery Book Discussion – Open Season by Maryann Miller

Amid racial tensions and the deadly force controversy sweeping the city of Dallas, homicide detectives Angel Johnson and Sarah Kingsly are unlikely and unwilling partners. They both see the pairing as better PR than policy. The Dallas Review Board wants Sarah's badge and Angel is under pressure from her family. In this police procedural mystery, the women follow the trail of a killer until it comes too close to home, and they have to decide if they can handle being partners.

Third Thursday Book Discussion Group

Join us on the third Thursday of every month in the magazine area of the library. Open to all. This month's title, "Brothers"  is by local author George Howe Colt who will visit Tilton on February 23rd. Books are available online or at the adult circulation desk. Free and open to the public.

Award winning author, George Howe Colt, will visit Tilton Library on February 23rd at 6:30 p.m. A Whately resident, Colt will discuss his most recent book, Brothers, On His Brothers and Brothers in History which came out in paperback this year. This program is sponsored by the Friends of Tilton Library and is free and open to the public.
