Sound Bath Mediation with Brandy Lefsyk: A sound bath is the practice of being enveloped by sound, which sends vibrations through our body, that can activate and stimulate us at a cellular level. This allows for the possibility of profound relaxation, insight and healing. With the use of singing bowls, chimes, drums and voice activation participants can enjoy a sound bath. Currently we are planning a sensory room and we need your help to create an accessible space that feels safe and welcoming for everyone.
