While We Are Closed, Phase One Move to New Building

As part of the Phase One of opening the Building Expansion Project, the Tilton Library will be closed FROM NOVEMBER 19 – JANUARY 3 to move to and set up in the first floor of the new library at 75 North Main Street in South Deerfield. While we are closed, below are ways you can use your library card, borrow and attend programs at other libraries, and get answer to questions.

PLEASE NOTE: STARTING NOVEMBER 19 we will not be receiving deliveries from other libraries and will not be processing holds. Therefore WHEN PLACING HOLDS, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER LOCAL LIBRARY AT WHICH TO PICK UP YOUR HOLDS (see illustration below). You may resume pickup at Tilton Library on January 3. Also, we will not be accepting any library item returns at all, so items need to be returned to other libraries. You may resume returning items to Tilton Library on January 3.

HOW TO GET HELP:

While we are closed we will not be answering the phone but will check messages and return calls. You may leave a message at 413-665-4683. If we don’t get back to you right away that means we are still setting up phone service in the new library.

We will also be checking emails, so feel free to email us at tiltonlibrary@cwmars.org

Also, feel free to ask your question at other local libraries.
