Peterson offers an honest, research-grounded, and encouraging look at the physical, emotional, and social effects of technology on young people, exploring the impact of screens on adolescent sleep, brain development, musculoskeletal health, social skills, and mental health, and examining whether time spent outdoors and in nature can serve as a meaningful antidote. Kristen holds an M.A. from Dartmouth College and is the founder of AWren Advisors, LLC, based in the Pioneer Valley.
