Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health. 7/23/25 UPDATE: THIS WORKSHOP HAS BEEN POSTPONED AND RUN IN THE FALL, DATE TO BE DECIDED.  STAY TUNED FOR NEW DATE INFORMATION.   Use mindful drawing practices such as Japanese Enso art and neurographic art for creativity and relaxation. You'll be able to meet the teen librarians from Tilton and Sunderland Public Library, grab summer reading prizes, learn about upcoming programs, and pitch in your ideas that we can make a reality.
