Healthy Amazing Sauces with Colin McCullough, author and chef: A great sauce is the secret to making healthy foods taste delicious! In this class we'll learn how to make 4 different tasty sauces for hearty and heart-healthy bowl meals using fresh, whole-food ingredients. Right now many people are trying to find uses for their pantry items like beans, grains, etc., and these delicious sauces are a versatile way to put those pantry items to use!
