Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health. Sugarloaf Yoga instructor Sara Coblyn will lead you through yoga poses and mindfulness techniques that tap into nature and incorporate environmental activism.
