Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health. "Are you tired of your cat thinking "outside of the box"... or living with a hardcore shredder? And I don' mean snowboarding! Dr. Rachel Geller, certified cat behaviorist, and author of "Saving the World One Cat at a Time", will answer these questions and more, so bring your cat behavior questions!
