Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health. Part of a FREE series hosted by Tilton and Sunderland Libraries at Mt. Sugarloaf this fall: Nature-Based Mindfulness Yoga for Adults: Sat 10/15, 10-11am (rain date 10/16), Top of Mt. Sugarloaf Yoga instructor Sara Coblyn will lead you through yoga poses and mindfulness techniques that tap into nature and incorporate environmental activism.
