Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system integrating slow movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Qigong calms your mind, improves your balance, and enhances health. The Friends of Tilton Library will be COLLECTING gently used RECENT books on April 29 & May 6, 10am-12pm at the Tilton Library. We are looking for RECENT fiction, kids books, history, and biographies. All books must be in good condition and all potential donations will be reviewed by Friends members at the time of donation—only select items will be accepted. Books may only be donated during these collection days. The Book Sale will be on Saturday May 13, 9-12. Clean out your book shelves and help the Friends raise money for library programs!
